Richard Sullivan

Richard K. Sullivan has more than 30 years commercial, state, local, federal, and international experience successfully building high-performance senior management and small-to-large delivery teams.  Simultaneously, he has lead product and software development, sales and marketing, and professional service organizations including IT outsourcing. Richard is a strategic, yet hands-on visionary with a clear sense of purpose and urgency when faced with diverse situational challenges occurring during periods of both rapid growth and declining markets. He is skilled at establishing operational excellence within culturally diverse environments, translating conceptual models into specific growth strategies, and planning and executing multi-faceted small-to-global business development campaigns designed to improve market share and gross revenue. Prior to joining Med Claims Compliance, Richard served as president of Automated Data Systems in Los Angeles, and Chief Government/Revenue Officer at Medsphere Systems Corp. in San Diego. Richard has also held leadership positions at NEC Technologies in Tokyo, Japan and Washington, D.C., and Booz Allen Hamilton in Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia. Richard has a Master of Science in Information Systems from the American University, and a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from San Diego State University.
