Collaboration and Training Work with healthcare providers, billing teams, and compliance officers to resolve coding issues and enhance workflows. Lead training sessions for staff on coding updates, AI tools, and best practices. Act as a subject matter expert, contributing to white papers, reports, and industry presentations. Qualifications: Certification: CPC, COC, CCS, CPMA or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on medical coding experience, including familiarity with AI-driven tools or EHR systems. 3+ years Ophthalmology coding experience; specialty certification preferred.
